The staff at the hotel were very courteous and nice. The room was neat, cheap, and in good condition. The breakfast selection was delicious, catering to all tastes with pastries and an egg boiling machine available.

Easy location for visiting restaurants and bars. A wonderful small hotel, close to a train station. A minibar, satellite television, and central heating in the room and the comfy bed...

The hotel of choice in Brussels. Enchanting venue with central location and well-appointed rooms. Very pleasant experience and fairly friendly staff. Nice building and rooms with great breakfast.

The staff here were super friendly and always ready to help. My room was a decent size and had AC, plus the bathroom was spacious. 😊

(1) The wifi connection was very unreliable! Even though I liked the hotel as such, I may not stay there again if they don't improve this. I depend too much on reliable speedy access to the internet. (2) The surroundings of the hotel are not very charming. The view from my window was an ugly building with broken windows.

The Reception staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. They were a real credit to the hotel. This is a small hotel with limited facilities but is ideal for a business stopover, particularly as it's only a 5 min taxi ride from Brussels Midi station. It is some way from the centre of Brussels, though, and so not necessarily ideal for those on a break who want to be right amongst the shopping and nightlife. The area around the hotel is a little seedy, although I had no problems out walking at night and the hotel directed me to a small restaurant only 5 mins away (Du Parc) that served probably one of the best steaks I have ever eaten!

This place is conveniently close to the train station and only a 21-minute drive from the airport, the breakfast here is very rich and delicious with plenty of standard options to choose from, thank you!

Very friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, 24-hour bar, very nice breakfast, patio/ garden with tables and umbrellas where I was able to have a glass of Belgian beer and relax:) Very nice receptionists:)

Hotel seems to be a bit far from the transportation. It takes about 15 minutes walk to Midi Station.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views over the bay and the harbour. They serve rich breakfasts for all tastes with yogurt, boiled eggs and bread rolls. The location is ideal as it's near to the train stations or the metro stations, the bus/tram into the main tourist area of Brussels and many good bars or restaurants. For lunch or dinner go to Taverne du Parc, located near the venue...

Enchanting trendy boutique hotel for 2 nights in Brussels. Very quick check-in, exceptionally kind employees. Nice building and well-appointed and beautifully maintained rooms with great breakfast. Plenty of supplies in the room: a minibar, satellite television, and central heating. Easy location, close to Ahavat Reim. Very convenient because of a bus stop located close to the property.

The hotel staff was the most courteous and helpful one can ever find! Xena and Pierre were extremely helpful... Xena's recommendations for sights and restaurants were great! Breakfast was modest, Rooms were clean, and spacious. There was always coffee and tea in the room (no milk though). Overall a great experience.

Location didn't have much to offer in terms of night life, but the hotel bar is open 24h.

The room was large and clean and properly equipped.

The room window wouldn't seal properly so it was a bit drafty. Also, the hotel shuts down the heating overnight, which leads to some very rustic sleeping conditions. Upon departure they weren't able to charge my card, the very same card I used for booking the hotel. The reason seemed to be their inability to work with non-EUR cards. Same thing happened to a friend of mine staying in the same period.

The venue is pleasant and modern. the location is marvelous, close to the Grand Place, train stations, tourist sites, and restaurants. - the staff are all really good and very welcoming. - the guest room is airy, and we loved the exceptional views.

A very nice, very cozy hotel. Clean, quiet room; everything was working (bathroom, TV, coffee maker, mini fridge). Good breakfast (staff was willing to prepare omelets/scrambled eggs, if you wanted). Very helpful and polite staff - the complementary gift at check-out (chocolates) was a nice touch.

A bit far from center - 25 min walking distance or 10 minutes by bus.
